mixed experience, some issues noted
small shower air conditioning problem
the staff were excellent. super tidy.
the air-conditioning switched off automatically after 3 hours. i needed to get out of bed to switch it on again. the controller was fixed to the wall, so i had to physically get up. the shower was small. it could be bigger if they removed the bidet.

they also arranged a cab for me in the early morning. the location is great. A quiet street allowed walking or a short tram ride to main sights.

Charming Stay Near Key Attractions
helpful staff spacious rooms clean towels
The staff was very accommodating, I noticed. The rooms were quite spacious. I found air conditioning worked well and contributed to my comfort. The bathroom had nice big white towels and useful bidet. I appreciated the cleanliness.
The room was small. I had difficulty placing my full-size suitcase anywhere other than the bed. This made access to my belongings rather challenging. I also noticed photos made rooms look bigger.

The hotel had acceptable access to transportation, I saw. It took approximately 30 minutes walking to reach Duomo. The hotel offered several transport options in the nearby area. I considered location convenient.

Breakfast included good options. I found food to be typical Italian style, for example. The breakfast options, while not extensive, provided satisfying choices. The coffee selection enhanced my meal. I enjoyed this very much.

I observed rooms had adequate space. The air-conditioning system was effective. The shower worked perfectly. I used provided toiletries. These enhanced the convenience in the bathroom. I thought they were good additions.
